What this site collects.

Little, and nothing hidden. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel and no cookie on any page. Two things leave your browser, both at your initiative: what you type to the guide, and what you send through its contact form. Here is exactly where each goes.

What the site does

  • Sets no cookies. None, including functional ones.
  • Runs no analytics and no tracking script of any kind. Fonts, images, video and 3D are served from this domain only: no Google Fonts call, no CDN, no embedded player.
  • Keeps the guide conversation in your browser's session storage, on this domain only, so that it can follow you from page to page. It is erased when you close the tab. Nothing else is stored.

The guide

  • The bar at the bottom of the page is an automated guide, powered by Snow One Intelligence, our conversational engine. What you type there is sent to our server, which forwards it, with the conversation so far, to a third-party artificial-intelligence provider established in the United States, which composes the answer. Under our agreement with that provider, your messages are not used to train models, and we keep no copy of the conversation on our servers.
  • The guide sees no name, no company, no email: the contact form goes to an engineer, not to the guide.

If you write to us

  • Sending the contact form means we hold your name, company, email and message, together with the last exchanges of your guide conversation, so that the engineer has the context. They reach our engineers by email and are kept as a safety copy on our host for ninety days, then deleted. Writing to contact@snow1.io directly means we hold your message and address for as long as the exchange is useful.
  • We never add an address obtained this way to a mailing list.

What our host records

  • Like any web server, ours records a technical log of requests: IP address, date, requested page, browser type. This is a by-product of serving a page, not a collection we act on.
  • These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure. They are never used to profile visitors, never combined with other sources, and never shared. They sit on our host's infrastructure, Cloudflare, under Cloudflare's own retention terms.

  • Data received during an engagement is governed by the non-disclosure agreement signed before it starts, not by this notice. See the confidentiality section on any practice page.

Your rights

  • You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will answer.
  • S1 Snow One Technologies, registered in Cyprus under number HE 462109, 1 Mesaocrias Street, Lakatamia 2322, Nicosia, Cyprus, is the controller of the personal data described here. This notice is written to meet the General Data Protection Regulation, which applies to us as a company established in the European Union. You may ask us for a copy of what we hold, and you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus. Snow One America, Snow One Europe and Snow One Asia are regional names of that same entity: no separate regional company receives your data.
